I'm in love with NO Xplode :-)

I've found that the secret with this product is to follow the instructions and find your tolerance. I had to dial my intake back because I underestimated how sensitive my body is to stimulants. When I first started taking NO Xplode, I would take a full scoop 30 minutes before my workout and was crashing hard about 3/4 of the way in. Eventually I found that taking half a scoop right at the beginning of my workout gave me the energy I needed to finish strong. Just find what's right for you and I think you'll find that it's a good product.
This has been a great help getting me pumped up to go to the gym. So far it's helped me gain 15lbs. (along with cellmass and whey protein) in the past 4 months. It's great tasting and goes down easy. the only problem i've had is that after my workouts it has occasionally given me an upset stomach. overall it's served it's purpose.
I definitely experienced a sharper focus and was able to increase my reps on pull-ups and push-ups (I'm now finishing phase 2 of P90X). Also, for high cardio routines, I'll put a teaspoon in my water and sip it throughout the workout (instead of drinking beforehand). Pretty versatile product. I recommend it, but just be patient and find out what works for you.

What i'm doing here :)

Just in case you haven't seen Cheney's advice on the hypotension, here it is.

I had low blood volume for years, and now I'm finally over it. I got over it by reading what Cheney had to say. This is a newer article that the one I had saved where he suggests an electrolyte solution called gookinaid. I used electrolyte stamina instead, 3 times a day in the beginning, and it really helped. I couldn't live without it. And use celtic or himalayan crystal salt on your food, as much as you want. The adrenals need it and it isn't bad for you like sodium chloride.

I'll be posting about the new supplements I'm taking to kill off the yeast, combat inflammation, restore liver and gallbladder function and restore the guts on my comprehensive stool analysis thread. You can follow it all there.
